miso, honey & soy chicken stir fry
Created by @eatwellwith.emma. This 10 minute high protein, low calorie stir fry is packed with flavour and hits the spot every time.

- Dice 600g chicken breast and marinade in 2 x sachets of YO! miso, honey and soy sauce. I love these sachets, they're so tasty and super convenient.
- Prep all of your veg ready for stir frying. I used peppers, spring onions and some left over cooked broccoli and carrots from our roast (I'm a big fan of chucking in leftovers!)
- When ready to cook, throw your marinaded chicken into a hot wok and start to colour. After a few minutes, add your veg and stir fry quickly.
- Sprinkle in some sesame seeds and serve with stir fried noodles, or low calorie konjac noodles with butternut squash noodles like I have here.
