1.    The Promoter
The promoter is YO! Sushi UK Limited (company number 03370524), registered at 4th Floor, 69 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BB (“Promoter”). The Promoter uses Element London Limited as its prize provider. 
2.    How to enter
2.1    Entries can be made from 12pm (UK time) on 19th January 2026 to 12pm (UK time) on 6th February 2026  inclusive. Entries received outside these dates will be automatically disqualified. 

2.2    You can enter the competition by the Closing Date via Instagram by doing the following: 1) ensure you follow both @yosushi and @20thcenturyuk 2), tag two friends in the comments and let us know what you would do if stranded on desert island, and 3) reshare for bonus entries.   
2.3    We do not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit. 
2.4    By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.    Eligibility
3.1    The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Promoter, Element London Limited, The Walt Disney Company, and in each case any of their group companies, agents and suppliers, and the families of these categories.
3.2    Only one entry per household is permitted.   
4.    The prize
4.1    The prize is for two adults, who receive the following: 
Round-trip flights from London, UK to Malaga, Spain
4 days’ car hire, incl. GPS hire and £150 GPS fuel allowance (picking up and returning to Malaga airport) 
3 nights’ glamping accommodation in Granada, Spain, based on sharing a double occupancy room in a yurt or similar
Daily breakfast
Full-day private bushcraft and survival crash course, including private workshop with a survival expert and all equipment
2-/5-hour kayaking and snorkelling excursion at the Maro-Cerro Gordo  cliffs, including all equipment, wet bag, guide and photos of the day
Dinner and drinks on one evening at a top beachfront restaurant, provided to the value of €60pp including gratuity
Travel insurance
There are no cash alternatives: prizes must be accepted as offered and are non-transferable.
4.2    Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above are the responsibility of the winner.
4.3    Further details. Other important details regarding the prize are as follows:
(a)    Flights are return economy flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from London, UK to Malaga, Spain. Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available. The flight itinerary will be determined by the Promoter.
(b)    The trip must include a Saturday night stay.
(c)    A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation provider at check-in, and therefore at least one of the recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card.
(d)    Accommodation will be selected by Element London Limited.
(e)    The prize package is for up to two adults, all of whom must travel at the same time on the same itinerary. 
(f)    All recipients must be in possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip. Non-European Union passport holders may be required to have passport validity for six months beyond the duration of the trip. All recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry into the destination. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least six months on the date of travel.
(g)    Any necessary visas are the responsibility of the winner and guests.
(h)    Travel insurance is included but is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion  to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion is aged 70 or over.
(i)    For the rental car, the car type is subject to availability. The named driver must be aged 21 or over and hold a full, clean driving licence that has been held for more than one year. Any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may be required to pay a supplementary cost for car rental. Where a driving licence is not fully printed in English, an International Driving Permit or other documentation may be required. A credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver, with available funds (value advised upon booking), will be required by the car rental company in order to collect the vehicle. A £150 fuel allowance will be provided to the winner and sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account. The recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over.
(j)    Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion’s home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion; 
(k)    Save to the extent explicitly provided above, the prize excludes meals and drinks, incidentals and gratuities at the accommodation, excursions and attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses, and anything not expressly stated in the prize package.
4.4    Period for claiming and travelling. 
(a)    Dates once confirmed cannot be changed. 
(b)    The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning the prize, and all travel must be completed within that time.
(c)    Winners must contact the Promoter with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
(d)    The prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter Sunday, or Public Holidays. 
(e)    The Bushcraft and Survival experience can be tailored to the participants’ abilities. It may not be suitable for those with health conditions or mobility issues.
4.5    The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so  , including due to non-availability. 
4.6    Travel is undertaken at the winner’s own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel, accommodation, car hire, and activity providers.
5.    Choosing winners
5.1    The winner will be chosen by an Instagram giveaway picker.  
5.2    The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3    The Promoter will contact the winner by Instagram direct, then by email. You will need to provide your email address, full name, and date of birth (to confirm that you are 18 or over  ). 
5.4    The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails hello@yosushi.com or writes to the address set out in section 1 above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the Closing Date. 
5.5    If you object to your surname, county and winning status being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at hello@yosushi.com In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 
6.    Claiming the prize
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 48 hours of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant selected using the criteria in these terms and conditions.   
7.    Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors. 
Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.    Data protection and publicity
8.1    The Promoter will process your personal information as set out in its Privacy policy. See also condition 5.4 and condition 5.5 with regard to the announcement of winners.
9.    General
9.1    If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2    The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3    These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
