When can I earn until?
You can earn points up until the 1st of October 2026. Then there will be no more earning until the new loyalty launches.
When do I need to redeem my rewards by?
You have until the 31st of December 2026 to redeem your rewards.
Will my stamps expire?
Yes. You can redeem your stamps up until the 31st of December 2026. On the 31t of December 2026 your stamps will expire.
Will my rewards expire?
Yes. You can redeem your rewards up until the 31st of December 2026. Then they will expire.
Will my stamps transfer onto the new loyalty?
No. You must use any existing stamps by the 31st of December 2026. It is not possible to transfer stamps.
When is the new loyalty program launching?
Our new loyalty program is launching in early January 2027 - watch this space!
Can I use more than 1 reward in a transaction?
No, you can only use 1 reward per transaction. And you have until the 31st of December 2026 to redeem any existing rewards.
Why is the loyalty program changing?
We are changing our loyalty program to make your experience better and more generous!
Will this impact YO! birthday club?
No, loyalty changing will not impact birthday club as they are separate.
Will I need to make a new account?
No you don't need to make a new account.
Will my old YO! rewards account still work?
Yes. Your existing account will still work for our new loyalty program.
Do I need to register again for the new loyalty program?
Nope! Your existing account will still work for our new loyalty program.
Can I redeem my reward in the kiosk/prepack?
No, rewards can only be redeemed in restaurants.
