  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refer to YO! Sushi whose TikTok handle is @yosushi.
  • The “Prize” refers to 2 free tickets to Ella Eyre's Liverpool Candlelight Concert on the 13th of December.  
  • By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  • All entries must be received by 5pm on 08/12/2025. 
  • One winner will be selected at random by The Promoter on 08/12/2025 and the winner will be notified on this date.
  • The Promoters giveaway, with entry via TikTok, is only open to residents of the United Kingdom.
  • No purchase is necessary. The winner will not be required to pay to enter this giveaway.
  • Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries.
