20% OFF A MEAL AT A YO! RESTAURANT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter, and these terms

1.1 The promoter is YO! Sushi UK Limited (company number 03370524), registered at 4^th Floor, 69 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BB (“YO!”).

1.2 By claiming a 20% discount on the price of a meal, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Start date and end date

2.1 The start date for the promotion is 25 March 2025.

2.2 The end date for the promotion is 31 August 2025. This is the final date for claiming the 20% discount.

3. How to get a 20% discount pack

3.1 You will need to purchase a promotional pack, as further described below.

3.2 Promotional packs carrying a sticker will be sold (subject to availability and while stocks last) in Asda stores from the start date to the end date. The only packs that are subject to the promotion are those in the following range, carrying a sticker advertising 20% off a meal:

• Slow-cooked YO! pulled chicken katsu
• Slow-cooked YO! pulled pork teriyaki
  
  

3.3 Please retain your promotional pack, as you will need to show it at a YO! restaurant in order to receive the discount.

4. How to gain your 20% discount

4.1 You must bring your promotional pack (or the part of the pack that contains the entire sticker) to a YO! restaurant during the promotion period. To avoid any doubt, we suggest that you include at least a portion of the pack as well as the sticker.

4.2 The promotion provides for a 20% discount on the cost of a meal at a YO! restaurant, subject to a maximum discount of £50. It applies (subject to the maximum) to the whole meal, regardless of the size of your group, including food and drinks but excluding service.

4.3 You can use your promotional pack to gain the 20% discount on any day except Saturdays.

4.4 The promotion is available for dine-in orders only. Your promotional pack cannot be used with click-and-collect/takeaway or deliveries.

4.5 When you are ready to pay for your meal, please provide the YO! team member who is taking your payment with your promotional pack (or the part of the pack that contains the entire sticker). The YO! team member will retain it.

4.6 Your promotional pack can be used only once.

5. Applicable restaurants

5.1 You can use the promotional pack at any YO! Sushi restaurants in the United Kingdom, excluding the following:

• Luton Airport
• Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3
• York Outlet
• Manchester Piccadilly

5.3 Restaurant reservations are subject to availability.

6. Eligibility

6.1 The promotion is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over, excluding YO! employees and their immediate families.

6.2 Only one 20% discount promotional pack per meal can be used, and a person may claim only one discount in any 30-day period during the term of the promotion.

6.3 Promotional packs are subject to availability, while stocks last.

6.4 No cash equivalent is offered, and you may not use the 20% discount pack in conjunction with any other offer.

7. Data protection 

7.1 YO! will process your personal data as set out in its Privacy policy.

7.2 If you consent to receive electronic marketing, YO! will send you information regarding other offers, along with other marketing material. You can opt out again at any time.

8. General

8.1 If YO! has any reason to believe that you have breached these terms and conditions (including of the spirit of the promotion), YO! reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to provide the discount.

8.2 YO! reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons outside YO!’s control. However, this would always be a last resort and YO! would make every reasonable effort not to do so, in order to avoid disappointment.

8.3 While YO! always aims to avoid any inconsistency between its advertising and these terms and conditions, if there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will govern for the purpose of resolving the rules of this promotion. In all cases, YO!’s decision is final in relation to matters concerning this promotion.

8.4 YO! has no liability for:

1. unavailability of promotional products or booking slots;
2. any loss to you caused by your participation in the promotion, except where it is caused by our negligence and/or it cannot be excluded by law.
   
   

8.5 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may use the courts of your jurisdiction of residence.

8.6 All your other statutory rights are unaffected.
