teriyaki chicken poke bowl

Ingredients:

  • Sticky Rice
  • YO! Sweet and Sticky Teriyaki Sauce
  • Radish
  • Edamame Beans
  • Chicken Thighs
  • Spinach
  • Kale

 

Method:

  1. Marinate Chicken Thighs: Toss chicken thighs in YO! Sweet and Sticky Teriyaki Sauce. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

  2. Air Fry Chicken: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place marinated chicken thighs in the basket, and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked.

  3. Cook Sticky Rice: Prepare sticky rice according to the package instructions.

  4. Prepare Veggies: While the chicken cooks, chop radish, and blanch edamame.

  5. Assemble: Add rice to a bowl, top with chicken, radish, edamame, spinach, kale, and drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce.
