Win a trip to Japan T&C's:
1. The Promoter
The promoter is YO! Sushi UK Limited (company number 02994470), registered at 4th Floor, 69 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BB (“Promoter”).
2. How to enter
2.1 Entries can be made from 9.00 a.m. UK time on 21 July 2026 ("Opening Date") to 11.59 p.m. UK time on 6 September 2026 ("Closing Date") inclusive. Entries received outside these dates will be automatically disqualified.
2.2 You can enter the competition by the Closing Date via a QR code or link available www.yosushi.com/win-a-trip-to-japan
2.3 We do not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.
2.4 By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Promoter, its group companies, its agents and its suppliers, and the families of these categories.
3.2 Only one entry per household is permitted.
4. The prize
4.1 The prizes are:
4.2 FIRST PRIZE: one prize for two people (must be 18 or over) to go on a Mercury Holidays fully inclusive ‘Japan’s Golden Route’ escorted group tour, including return Economy Class flights from London, all transport within the tour, 10 nights’ 4-star accommodation, selected meals (alcohol excluded), tour guiding and entrance fees. The tour will explore Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, Mt Fuji, and Osaka.
Departure dates are from 8 to 17 June 2027. The trip must be booked by 31 December 2026.
100 X RUNNER-UP PRIZES: The runner-up prizes are 10 x £50 vouchers for a YO! restaurant and 90 x Tamagotchi Connection devices.
There are no cash alternatives for any prizes: prizes must be accepted as offered and are non-transferable.
4.3 The first prize does not include travel insurance, any applicable Visa fees, the cost of transportation to and from UK airports, meals or drinks outside of those included in the itinerary, spending money or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above are the responsibility of the winner.
4.4 You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified, and adequate insurance. Dates once confirmed cannot be changed.

4.6 Should the departure offered not be available at time of confirmation, an alternative date will be offered.
4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
5. Choosing winners
5.1 The winner will be chosen at random by computer in a supervised draw.
5.2 The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 The Promoter will contact the winners by email. You will need to have given your email address, full name, and date of birth (to confirm that you are 18 or over).
5.4 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails [hello@yosushi.com] or writes to the address set out in section 1 above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the Closing Date.
5.5 If you object to your surname, county and winning status being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [hello@yosushi.com] and confirm your objection. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6. Claiming the prize
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 48 hours of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant selected using the criteria in these terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Data protection and publicity
8.1 The Promoter will process your personal information as set out in its Privacy policy. See also condition 5.4 and condition 5.5 with regard to the announcement of winners.
9. General
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
